A SPLENDID INSTITUTION.

Albena Hansen's Daughter

One of the institutions of this city which takes rank among those of immense benefit to the city is the dressmaking school conducted by Mrs. Albena Hansen in the new and commodious house opposite the East Side school. The system taught by Mrs. Hansen is one which instills into the pupil a knowledge of the craft which makes them proficient in a short time. The first week the pupils learn the drafting of patterns by the Baughman system and the other five weeks of the six weeks course are spent by them in perfecting themselves in sewing. Mrs. Hansen's business is increasing every day. Her pupils come from all over Southwest Iowa and those who have finished the course are the best advertisement for its efficiency.

Mrs. Hansen is a booster for Atlantic. She has invested her money here and is advertising the town every day by her up to date school conducted in accordance with up to date methods.

The cut at the top of this article is of Mrs. Hansen's charming little daughter, who is likewise a booster for the best town in the state.
