1884 Biographies

JOSEPH DONER


During the year of 1855, Joseph Doner, a Canadian Frenchman, came from Indiana and settled upon section 12. He remained here until his death, which occurred in January, 1864. his widowed wife now lives in Atlantic. One of his daughters also resides in that place, and is the wife of George Conrad, who is one of the pioneers of Cass county. Some of the family still reside in this township (Pymosa).
