Mrs. Jeanette Berry Lake City Graphic Died - Mrs. Jeanette Berry, of apoplexy, at her home in Jackson township, June 20, at 5 o'clock p.m. She was born September 28, 1836 and was married to Lewis Berry November 25, 1865, in the state of New York, in 1873 they moved to Lake City. She had been in poor health for many years but her death falls none the less heavily on those to whom she was known. She was an exemplary neighbor, a loving wife and a kind mother. The remains were interred on Monday, June 29, in the Cottonwood cemetery. June 27, 1889 Mrs. Lewis Berry died at her home on Camp Creek, on Saturday, June 22, and was buried at Cottonwood cemetery on Monday afternoon. Further notice next week. |
