Re: Calhoun Farmer's Advocate: "There were a series of more than 13 articles, one each week, describing the early settlers of Calhoun County. I got the microfilm of these papers from the Iowa Historical Society through interlibrary loan. I did not copy the remaining history articles, although I did copy many other articles of interest to me."
