George Cunningham, 69 Is Interred in Cemetery at Dumont
DUMONT - George Hough Cunningham, 69, was buried in the local cemetery Thursday morning. He died suddenly Monday evening at his home in Spencer following a stroke. He is survived by one brother, Perry Cunningham, Spencer S. Dak., and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary Cunningham and her son, Walter of Mason City, all of whom came for the services at the grave in charge of the Rev. Peter Stahl. The body was brought here by Undertaker C. H. Lindekugel, Spencer, S. Dak. Pallbearers were Peter Lieuwen, Will Stock, August Stock, Jacob Pfaltzgraff, J. A. Barlow and J. F. Pfaltzgraff.

Mrs. Earl Schrage Honored at Shower
CLARKSVILLE - A miscellaneous shower honoring Mrs. Earl Schrage was held at the Central schoolhouse on Friday afternoon. The shower was a post-nuptial courtesy to Mrs. Schrage, who is the teacher of the school, and was sponsored by the pupils of the school and their mothers.

Daughter is Born
CLARKSVILLE - A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Doty Tuesday, April 4.
