By a Circular from W.H. Gardner, agent to Powhatten Settlement Society, Coffins Grove, Delaware Co. Iowa, we learn that 61 townships of land located in the Osage, Fort Dodge and Sioux Cit Land Districts, will come into market on the 4th of May next, and as land speculators are on the alert to secure every foot of valuable land that region so as it is brought into market, Mr. G. urges those wishing to secure homes in these districts at government price, to pre-empt previous to the day above mentioned.
