KANAWHA, IA-- Duane D. Jordanger, 67, died Saturday (June 14, 1997) at his home in Kanawha. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Kanawha Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Amsterdam Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Dugger Ewing Funeral Chapel and one hour prior to services at the church. Kanawha American Legion will conduct military rites.

He was born Dec. 31, 1929, in Kanawha. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Jordanger, of Kanawha; one daughter, Cynthia Mathiason of Armstrong; one son, Randall Jordanger of Kanawha; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
