Alice (Tuti) M. Tabb, 79, of Westminster, Colorado died Friday, April 22nd at Colorado Acute Longterm Care of lingering illness. Alice was born December 18, 1931 in Britt, Iowa. Her parents were Raymond and Mary Ann Perkins. She was a caring sister to eleven brothers and sisters and one step sister. She attended school in northern Iowa. Tuti married the love of her life on June 10, 1951 and enjoyed 45 years with Bud before he went to be with his Lord. They started their lives together in Corwith, Iowa where they raised their family. Tuti was a cook at the Corwith-Wesley High School and was involved in the community and a member of the Corwith Baptist Church. In 1978, for health reasons, Tuti and Bud made a life changing move to Westminster, Colorado. Alice and Bud were members of Crossroads Baptist Church. Over the years Alice has enjoyed many friends and fellowship with the congregation.
She was the loving mother to four children, grandmother to twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Tuti is survived by sons Eugene (Vickie) Tabb; Randy (Anita) Tabb; and Michael (Isidra) Tabb and daughter Shareen (Steve) Sackett; grandchildren Samantha, Travis, Christina, Melinda, Darcy, Tammy, Jutin, Joshua, Mark, Alyson, Nicole and Emily; great-grandchildren Alfonso, Sonja, Katie, Nicole, Jericha, Mercedeez, Skyler, Tristan, Keegan, Veda, Jocelyn, Edith, Aidan, Teagan, Greysin and Aubree; siblings June Oakland, Joan Anderson, Allen Perkins, Ramonda Grubner, Patricia Penning, Robert Perkins, Karen Rehr, and Kathleen Door. She is predeceased by husband: Wilmer (Bud) A. Tabb; parents Raymond and Mary Perkins; and brothers Marvin Perkins, Jerry Perkins, and Ronald Perkins.
Visitation at Highland Mortuary ~ 10201 N. Grant, Thornton, CO ~ Tues., April 26, 5:00PM~8:00PM;
Funeral at Crossroads Church, 104th and Huron ~ Wed. April 27th at 10:00 AM. Reception to follow at the church. fellowship hall.Alice Tabb ~ a loving Christian Woman!
