Beverly (Mrs. Everett) Olmstead, 52, of Webster City died Sunday morning (May 27) at the Hamilton County Hospital. She had been a patient there for one week and in failing health for six months.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 30 at 1:30 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Roy Miltner officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery at Goldfield. Friends may call at Foster Funeral Home until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, when the casket will be taken to the church.

Beverly Ann Thompson, daughter of Arthur and Genevieve Jacobson Thompson, was born Dec. 7, 1937 on a farm near Holmes. She graduated from Goldfield High School in 1956.

On Aug. 15, 1958, she married Everett Olmstead at Holmes. The couple resided at Webster City. She was employed at Morton Frozen Foods for a few years and also did babysitting and housekeeping.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Anita (Mrs. Douglas) Hook of Fort Dodge and Marcia Olmstead of Webster City; her mother; three sisters, Charlene (Mrs. Ernest) Overturf of Newton, Shirley (Mrs. Craig) McLaughlin of Des Moines and Roberta (Mrs. Tim) Coleman of Mesa, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her father.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the church choir and the Rebekah Circle.
