Carrie Marie Johnson Anderson
15 May 1882 ---- 18 July 1958

Last rites were held Tuesday afternoon at the Kastler Funeral home for Mrs. Bert Anderson, 76, who died Friday in Lutheran hospital, Fort Dodge. Mrs. Anderson had been in failing health for some time, and since the first of January this year had been a patient at the Johnson Nursing home in Fort Dodge. She was hospitalized for about ten days before her death.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Carlyle of Eagle Grove, Harold in the Navy at Long Beach, Calif., five daughters, Mrs. Cyril Rohrer, Eagle Grove, Mrs. Alberta Steffen of Des Moines, Mrs. Clarence Ford of Atlantic, Mrs. Alve Helvik of Des Moines, and Mrs. Russell Julius of Sioux Falls, S. D.

All the children with the exception of Mrs. Steffen who is ill, and Harold who was unable to get leave from the navy at this time were present for the services.

Rev. Albert Snyder officiated, and burial was in Rose Hill cemetery.
