Margaret Ruth Humphreys Weinhold
17 February 1883 ---- 18 August 1954Margaret Ruth Humphreys was born near Fairburg, Ill., on February 17, 1883, and passed away August 18, 1954 at the age of 71 years, 6 months, and 1 day.
She was the fourth child of Christopher and Mary (Beyer) Humphreys. She survived them all, and now with her husband, all rest in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Her girl-hood days were lived in Indiana. Her family came to Eagle Grove, in 1900, and this has been her home, except for 3 years residence in Indiana, after her marriage to William Henry Weinhold on Jan. 3, 1907. He preceded her in death on May 23, 1951. Their two children Willard H. and Lura E. (Mrs. Donald Frank) survive.
She joined the Congregational Eagle Chapter, No. 14 Order of church with her husband in 1910, and retained membership in Chapter 114, O. E. S. for 50 years.
