Samuel W. Kinnan
15 March 1854 ---- 24 July 1941

Samuel W. Kinnan, 87, died at the I.O.O.F. Hospital Thursday afternoon following an illness of about 11 months. He had been a resident of the home since 1926.

Mr. Kinnan was born on March 15, 1854, at Milan, Illinois. He was a member of the Golden Links Lodge No. 68 of Eagle Grove, Iowa, where he resided before coming to Mason City.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Alta May Martin, of Des Moines, and Mrs. Daisy Brauman of Eagle Grove, and one granddaughter.

Funeral services at the I.O.O.F. with Dr. Paul Arnold Peterson of the Wesley Methodist Church in charge. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
