Pam Boyington, 54, of Eagle Grove, died Friday, July 15, 2005, at the Hamilton County Hospital in Webster City.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2005, at the Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove with Pastor Paul Stone officiating.

Pamela Rae Boyington was born on February 8, 1951, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, the daughter of Mervin and Dorothy (Thompson) Hanson. She was raised and educated in Webster City. In 1969 she married Larry Throntveit and they had three daughters, Michelle, Sherri, and Treasa. On February 15, 1997, she married Mick Boyington at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. Pam made her home in Webster City until moving to Eagle Grove in 1994. She worked for the Hamilton County Hospital, Iowa Miss, was a Home Health Aide, and also Electrolux in Webster City. She was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Mick Boyington, of Eagle Grove; three daughters: Michelle Enriquez, and her husband, Alberto, Sherri Griffin, and her husband, Ronnie, and Treasa Shivers, all of Eagle Grove; a son, Shane Boyington and his wife, Andrea, of Clarion; a mother-in-law, Norma Thompson, of Eagle Grove, and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and her aunt, Joanna Thompson.

The Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove was in charge of the arrangements.
