Leslie Davis Beecher
15 January 1884 --- 29 February 1964

Funeral services for Leslie D. Beecher, 80, were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 at the Kastler Funeral Home. The Rev. Lyle Lieder officiated and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.

He died at his home Saturday following three years illness when he suffered a stroke.

He is survived by his wife and three sons, Harry of Huntington Park, Calif., Marion of Clinton and
and Carroll of Eagle Grove and a foster daughter, daughter Mrs. Omer Anderson of Thor. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four brothers and one sister.

Mr. Beecher was employed by the Chicago and North Western R.R. for almost 50 years. He was a machinist by trade and was a 50 year member of the International Association of Machinists. He
was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and an avid sportsman.
