Suzanne Renee Zigrang, the daughter of James and Jacquelyn (Sadler) Zigrang, was born September 1, 1959, in Clarion, Iowa. She was raised and educated in Eagle Grove graduating with the “Class of 1978”.

Suzanne worked as a CMA at Rotary Ann Nursing Home in Eagle Grove.

Suzanne was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed her plants, scary movies and was a big “Hugger” and never knew a stranger. Suzanne loved her cats - Tweet & Elizabeth, which were her last two and her family and friends.

Suzanne passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at her home in Eagle Grove at the age of 60 years. She was preceded in death by her father, James R. Zigrang, brother, Jay Zigrang and a niece, Grace Brunkhorst.

Survivors include her mother, Jackie Zigrang of Eagle Grove; 8 brothers and sisters: Denis Zigrang (Jenny) of Eagle Grove, Denise Nelsen (Craig) of Webster City, Therese Martin (Doug) of Goldfield, Rob Zigrang (Lisa) of Dayton, Mary Brunkhorst (Al) of West Des Moines, Nicole Wanger (David) of Mesa, AZ, Margaret Koeller (Kevin) of West Des Moines and Jean Zigrang (Becky) of Clarion and 19 nieces and nephews; 7 great nieces and nephews and her life-long friend, Laura Thomas of Eagle Grove.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2020, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eagle Grove with Fr. Jerry Blake celebrating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall at Sacred Heart with a Rosary and Vigil service at 4:15 p.m. Masks and social distancing are required. Services will be livestreamed on face book holyfamilycluster.org. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at Eagle Grove.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family
