Marcia Smith Dies Wednesday Morning

Miss Marcia Smith, 64, died Wednesday morning at Lutheran hospital, Ft. Dodge following a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 2 ‘clock in the Evangelical Lutheran church in charge of the pastor Kenneth Torvik. There will be an interpreter for the deaf present at the service.

Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Goldfield.

Miss Smith was a sister of the late Mrs. Sophie Nervig of Eagle Grove, with whom she had made her home for many years before her illness. Mrs. Nervig died last winter.

She is the last of her family and among her survivors are a sister in law, Mrs. A. N. Slaikeu, a niece Mrs. Omen Nervig, three nephews Robert Warner of Eagle Grove, Orville Nervig of Hardy and Warren Smith of Clarion.
