Obituary

Sam Knutson was born of Boruf Knutson and Gunel Sorenson, April 24, 1860, in the Kristiansands Stift Ekehsogn, Norway. He died December 8, 1921.

He came to Aurora, Ill., in 1887. He had spent most of his time working around Englewood, North Dakota.

Those to mourn his death are one brother, Knut Knutson, Badger, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Olson, Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Mrs. A. Hobbett, Eagle Grove, Iowa.

At the time of his death he was 61 years, 7 months and 14 days old.

The funeral was held Monday, December 12th, at 1:00 P. M. at the East Side Lutheran church.
