Anna Laura Gray Martin
23 February 1873 ----- 5 January 1958

Mrs. Anna Laura Martin, daughter of Jerome and Jane Gray, was born at Oxford Junction, Iowa Feb. 23, 1873 and passed away at Fort Dodge on Jan. 5, 1958 at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 13 days.

On Feb 18, 1892 she was married to James Henry Martin at Carroll. To this union one son was born, Arthur Martin. They lived in Glidden for a number of years before coming to Eagle Grove in 1905 where Mrs. Martin lived until April 1, 1956 when she entered Friendship Haven in Ft. Dodge as a resident, where she resided until her death. She was a member of the Methodist church.

Mrs. Martin leaves to mourn her passing her one son, Arthur Martin, one grandson, James A. Martin of San Diego, Calif, and one sister, Mrs. Mary DeLong of Hillsboro, Ill., besides other relatives and many friends.
