Rites for Conklin Held at Eagle Grove Church

EAGLE GROVE, Oct. 24. — Funeral services for Robert D. Conklin, 24, were held at the Baptist church yesterday in charge of the Rev. Mrs. Don L. McArtor. Burial was made in Rose Hill cemetery, Eagle Grove. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Conklin, and by two brothers, Laud and Ray Conklin; also by two sisters, Mrs. John Prehm of this city, and Mrs. Pearl Williams of Clarion. He had been a restaurant cook by occupation, but had been retired for some time on account of ill health.
