Edgar Louis "Ted" Cupiss, 53, died Wednesday evening about 6:45 o'clock in the Harrison Nelson home at 214 South Iowa. Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 2 p. m. in the Sacquety Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery. Rev. Roy Cox will officiate.He is survived by his wife MelVina Gertrude, a sister Miss Mildred Cupiss of Warren, Arizona, four brothers Gordon, U. S. Army, Reginald, Compton, California, Claude, Bisbee, Arizona, and Jack of Montreal, Canada.
He has resided at the home of his wife's parents Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Nelson for the past 5 months. Previous to that time he was sales manager for Phillips Petroleum Co. in the Chicago area.
