Mrs. Effie Corwin Mack

Mrs. B. H. Oberton and daughter Miss Nina were called to Grand Junction Saturday by a message announcing the death of the former's sister, Mrs. Effie Mack, who passed away that morning, death being due to acute indigestion.

The girlhood days of Mrs. Mack were spent in Clarion, she being a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Corwin, who came to this locality in 1881 and now long since deceased. Effie Corwin was married to Willard Mack at Iowa Falls thirty years ago. He died some four years later.

The remains of Mrs. Mack are expected to arrive in Clarion today and will be interred in the family lot in Evergreen cemetery.
