Gertrude "Julia" Lagesdatter Thompson
June 13, 1848 ---- November 13, 1898

On Sunday, Nov. 13, at 5 o'clock p.m. occurred the death of Mrs. Martin Thompson at her home in this city. Mrs. Thompson was fifty-four years of age and came to this country from Norway when she was a young girl. She was married in Ft. Dodge some twenty-five years ago and to the union were born eight children. Tho bereaved husband and children have the sincere sympathy of many friends. The funeral occurs at the house at 2:30 Tuesday, Nov. 15th.
