Former Resident Buried Here
Charles E. Hodge, 67, a former Eagle Grove resident, late of Los Angeles, Calif., died Tuesday, Dec. 13th in a hospital there. Funeral services were held Monday at 10 am at the Sandvig Funeral Home in charge of Rev. Bernard Olson of The First Methodist Church. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery. Mr. Hodge is survived by one brother, Melville H. Hodge of Rock Island, Ill. He was born in Eagle Grove and moved with his family to Fargo, N.D. In 1922 he moved to Los Angeles, Calif, where he was a securities salesman.
