CLINTON, Iowa - Dr. Harry R. Norris, 84, retired Clinton orthodontist, died Thursday at Jane Lamb Hospital. Clinton. Services will be Monday at the Kastler Funeral Home, Eagle Grove, Iowa. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Snell-Smith Funeral Home, Clinton.

He was born at Sioux City, Iowa. He married Edith Boyd at Centerville, Iowa, in 1911. She preceded him in death. Dr. Norris practiced at Eagle Grove from 1911 to 1961 when he moved to Clinton to assist in his son's practice. He retired in 1965. Dr. Norris is survived by a son, Dr. Robert B. Norris, Clinton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Edna Lawrence, Centerville, Mrs. Paul (Lou) White, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. D. W. (Veva) Wright, Adel. Iowa, and brothers, Percy, Centerville; Charles, Mount Pleasant, Iowa; Glen, Pella. Iowa, and Harold, in California.
