Adam Range, 77, Resident Of Freeborn, Dies
Adam Range, 77, a resident of Freeborn for the past 29 years, died Thursday at the home of John Dombroske, 320 South Second avenue West, following a three month illness.

Mr. Range was born April 12, 1872 at Eagle Grove, Ia., the son of Louis and Ida Range. He lived at Eagle Grove, Lehigh, Luverne, Burt and Rake, before moving to Freeborn. He was married twice, to Anna Louise Olmsted in 1893 in Eagle Grove and to Anna Bendixen in 1923 in Albert Lea. He was a carpenter by trade and a Methodist church member.

His first wife died in 1914. Surviving are his second wife, and children, Mrs. George (Mae) Dickie of Sioux City, Ia., Mrs. Guy (Mabel) Beaver of Buffalo Center, Ia., Mrs. Pete (Vera) Boyd of Murdo, S. D., Mrs. Archie (Ella) Frandle of Rake, Ia., and Lawrence Range of Little Falls. Also surviving are three brothers.

Funeral services will be held at the Freeborn Congregational church Monday, 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Williams officiating. Burial will be made in the East Zion cemetery in Rake, Ia. Freeborn Funeral home is in charge.
