Ted Ford dies in Boone hospital
Interment services were held in Rose Hill Cemetery, Oct. 1 for Teddy Roger Ford, 44, of Boone. He died at the Boone County Hospital, Sept. 28 following a terminal illness. He was a son of Fred Ford and Mrs. Juanita Ford of Eagle Grove. He was born in Erie, Kans. April 24, 1929 and moved here when a small child. He was a graduate of Eagle Grove High School and at the time of his death was a salesman for T.C.P. of Iowa with headquarters in Boone.

His wife, the former Margaret Pohlman, preceded him in death. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. James Svaleson, and one son Kevin, both of Boone; four brothers and one sister: George of Boca Raton, Fla.; Bob of Eagle Grove; Gene of Alaska and Dale at home and Mrs. Louise Peak of Parsons, Kans.

Funeral services were held Oct. 1 at the Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone with Rev. Loren Parman officiating.
