September 27, 1889 --- October 21, 1921

Charles Earl Hill was born at Renwick, Iowa, September 27, 1889. and passed from this life at 7 P. M. Friday, October 21, 1921, at the age of 32 years and 24 days. When three years of age he moved with his parents to Melvern, Kansas, at 16, years he moved again to Topeka, Kansas. Earl at 16 years of age became a member of the Central Park Christian Church in Topeka. In 1911 he came to Kensington, Kansas, where he met Miss Clara Gibson and the following year was united in marriage.

To this union three children were born who with his wife survive him. He also leaves his mother, father and sister and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his death.

The funeral was held from the Congregational Church at Almena, Sunday at 10 A. M. The body was brought to Kensington and laid to rest in the Olive Branch Cemetery after short services were held at the grave.
