Billings Resident Dies in Hospital
Leonard Green, 66, of 209 S. 24th St., a retired janitor who formerly worked at the Arcade Bar, 2702 Minnesota Ave., died in a Billings hospital at midnight Saturday. He was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on Feb. 15, 1892. There are no known relatives in this area. Mr. Green enlisted in the U.S. Army in Clarion, Iowa, on June 23, 1918, and was discharged from service on Dec. 28, 1918, in Camp Dodge, Iowa, after serving with the ambulance service. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Billings Funeral Service chapel and burial will be in Soldier's Plot, Mountview Cemetery.
