August 19, 1900 --- August 11, 1964

Mrs. Cecil Kepler died at her home, 616 East Broadway, Tuesday morning.

She had been ill for several months and had several major operations during that time.

Funeral services will be this (Thursday) morning at 9:30 in Sacred Heart church, with the pastor Rev. Francis Phelan officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

The rosary was recited at Sandvig Funeral Home Wednesday night at 8:15.

Mrs. Kepler is survived by her husband, four daughters and two sons, Mrs. Thos. Hogan of Terre Haute, Ind., Mrs. Wm. Eikenberry of Crystal Lake, Ill., Mrs. Vernon Voss of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Robert Noss of Dougherty, Cecil Kepler of Cedar Falls and James Kepler of this city.

Other survivors include 23 grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Anna Olson of Des Moines and one brother Bernard Meier of Eldora.

Mrs Kepler was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Meier and was born in Eagle Grove. Aug. 19, 1900. She was married to Cecil Kepler Nov. 18, 1918 at Alton, Iowa, and they moved here to make their home.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
