MRS. RALPH H. PIPER
Mrs. Iona Marie Piper, wife of Ralph H. Piper, of 1500 N. Coalter St., Apt. A-10, was dead on arrival at King's Daughters' Hospital 6:15 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 21, 1976). She was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, daughter of Lyman B. and Mary (Claude) Middleton. In November 1972, Mr. and Mrs. Piper moved to Staunton from Washington. Mrs. Piper was a member of the Order of Eastern Star of Iowa, Eagle Chapter 114. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.

A service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home by the Rev. William P. Tatum Jr. Burial will be in Thornrose Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday evening from 8-9 o'clock.
