Last rites for Carl Anderson, 62, who died at a local nursing home Tuesday, will be held at Benz Memorial Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Friday. Born in Eagle Grove, Ia., Jan. 27, 1893, Mr. Anderson had worked as a farm laborer in the Ellis and Hartford area for many years. He never married. Only survivor is a brother, Erick, Hartford. Burial will be in Hartford.
