Charlene M. Thompson, 66, of Phoenix, a retired central supply worker for St. Luke's Medical Center, died Aug. 3, 1995. She was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Survivors include her sister, Virginia Morgan. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams St. Services: 1 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
