Lonnie Lambertson, 76, Rt 2, Elk Mound died at Sacred Heart Hospital Saturday morning. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Big Elk Creek Lutheran Church, the Rev. Gilbert Borreson officiating. Burial will be in the Big Elk Creek Cemetery. Mr. Lamlbertson was born in Galt, Iowa and was a resident of the Elk Mound area for 40 years. He was married to Edith Coulter in Havelock, Iowa in 1914. He is survived by his wife, Edith; one son, Howard, Elk Mound; one foster daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Schryver, Port Townsend, Wash.; one brother, Raymond, Sioux City, Iowa; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Johnson, Mrs. Bertha Johnson and Mrs. Charlie Joachims, all of Pocahontas, Iowa; Mrs. Harry Carlson, Buffalo Lake, Iowa and Mrs. Lawrence Thompson, Rutland, Iowa; six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Friends may call Tuesday afternoon and evening and Wednesday morning at Lenmark's.
