Last Rites Here For Mrs. Lena Beckholt
Last rites for Mrs. Lena Beckholt were held Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 in the Methodist church, with the Rev Roy Cox officiating. Mrs. Beckholt died Saturday morning Feb. 4th in the General hospital at Spartanburg, S. C. after a long illness. Mrs. Beckholt a former Eagle Grove resident moved to Spartanburg in 1953 to make her home with her son Harold Beckholt and family. She is survived by her son Harold and his son and daughter, two sisters Mrs. P. J. Daake of Rochester, Ind., Mrs. Henry Lonning of Waukon, and two brothers L. E. Wilson of Eagle Grove and Phillip Wilson of Lakeland, Fla.

Interment was on the family lot in Rose Hill cemetery. Casket bearers were Fred Allen, Amos Pletcher, Matt Thielen, E. H. Paine, S.D. Wilds, and Geo. Bawn. Here for the services from out of town were Harold Beckholt, Mrs. Henry Lonning of Waukon and Phillip Wilson of Lakeland, Fla.
