Harm Menke Jr.

MASON CITY—Funeral services for Harm Menke Jr., 72, Rochester, Minn., formerly of the Clear Lake and Mason City areas, will be held 11 a.m. today at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake. He died Tuesday (Jan. 12, 1982) at home.

Mr. Menke was born in 1909 in Belmond, the son of Harm and Anna Menke. He enlisted in the Army during World War II, serving in the military police. He worked at Nicholas Turkey Farm, Clear Lake, and Jacob E. Decker and Sons, Mason City. He moved to Rochester 10 years ago, where he worked in the laundry department at the Rochester Hotel. He-was a member of the Senior Citizens, Rochester.

The Rev. Bernard Olson of the United Methodist Church, Clear Lake, will officiate and burial will be in Immanuel Reformed Cemetery, Belmond.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Anna Mae Mills, Yuba City, Calif., and two brothers, Titus, Lake Alfred, Fla., and George, Sunnydale Calif.
