Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 27, 1983, at Tenold Funeral Chapel in Klemme for Mary Alice Lyons, 76, who died Saturday, April 23 at the Wells, MN., hospital. Rev. Paul Akin officiated. Burial was in Ell Township Cemetery.

Mary Alice was born January 19, 1907 in Illinois to Charles Wesley and Ada Spaid. She was united in marriage to Arthur David Lyons on February 23, 1930. They moved to Klemme in 1945, where she remained until her death.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband and one daughter, Evelyn. Surviving are two daughters: Irene (Mrs. Walter) Wagner of Brook Park, MN., and Mary (Mrs. Ray) Koziolek of Wells, MN.; two sons: Art Lyons of Dixon, IL., and Roger Lyons of Mountian Home, AR.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters: Mabel of Marshalltown and Agnes of Omaha, NE.; two brothers: Charles of Nevada and Jim of Marshalltown.
