Steven D. Kvale, 52, Kansas City, MO, died Thursday, January 13, 2005. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday, January 21 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO. Friends may call from 12-1 p.m. Friday at the chapel. His final resting place will be Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO. The family suggests contributions to the Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Kvale was born May 28, 1952, in Ft. Dodge, IA, to Norman and Madella (Orr) Kvale. He was a Coast Guard veteran, serving from 1970-1974. His father Norman Kvale preceded him in death. He is survived by two children, Tim Kvale, Edwardsville, IL, and Kimberly Going and her husband Benjamin, Nashville, IL; his mother, Madella Juergensen, Mesa, AZ; his sister Cindy; his soulmate Debbie Schaepperkoetter, St. Libory, IL; and his family of friends at Club 1020. Arrangements at McGilley Midtown Chapel.

He is survived by three children: Stephanie (Barton) Kelley (James); Kimberley Going (Ben) of Nashville; Tim Kvale of Edwardsville, IL, his mother, Madella Juergensen of Mesa, AZ & sister, Cindy and three grandchildren: Shelby, James & Truman & family & friends.
