Caldwell, Idaho - Florence S. McCallen, 67, Caldwell Route 3, died Tuesday night in a Caldwell hospital. She was born Dec. 10, 1897, in Thomasboro, Ill. She was married to [John] Clay McCallen May 19, 1917, at Thomasboro. Survivors include her husband, a son, two brothers, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A son preceded her in death during World War II.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Robert C. Shupe. Interment will be in Canyon Hill.
