Jax Robert Frazier, infant son of Jack and Christi Frazier, of Boone, died at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines on Friday, October 1, 2004, of congenital heart failure. Private funeral services were held on Monday, October 4, 2004, at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel in Boone with the Rev. Dan Solomon officiating. Burial was in the Boone Memorial Gardens in Boone. Jax was born in Boone on September 30, 2004, the son of Jax and Christi (Conaway) Frazier. He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Mollie Sue Frazier and Kennedy Lee Monen, both at home; his grandparents. Bob and Merry Conaway, of Eagle Grove; great-grandparents Dorothy Germer of Boone, Don and Betty Conaway of Eagle Grove; John Bosch, of Dakota City, and Orville Anderson, of Humboldt; aunts and uncles Jeff and Jen Gano of Boone, and Jen and Dan Conaway of Eagle Grove; and two cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Violet Frazier and a great-grandmother, Betty Bosch. The Schroeder Memorial Chapel in Boone Grove was in charge of the arrangements.
