Wayne B. Rasmussen, 72, of Goldfield and Eagle Grove, Iowa, died March 12, 1996, of a prolonged illness at the VA Hospital in Des Moines. A Memorial Service was held on Friday, March 15, 1996, at the United Church of Christ with Reverend Ed James officiating. Burial was in Rosehill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Survivors include his wife Charlotte; daughter Debra, son-in-law Al; 2 grandchildren; a brother, Meryl; and a sister, Elaine.
