James Brayton Leith died Saturday June 09, 1979 in Tulane Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana. He worked in the maintenance department at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He was a member of George Washington Masonic Lodge 65, New Orleans, and Gautier Baptist Church. He was survived by his wife Adele Marie (Gremillion) Burgau Leith of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; son Thomas Myron Leith, Houston, Texas, step-daughter, Barbara Ann (Burgau) Morie of Pascagoula, a sister, Doris Jean (Leith) Joy, Weathersby, Mo; a brother, Jack Hugh Leith, Fairfield, California, and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Linda (Leith) Alexander Levine. Services were held at Ben O'Keefe Mortuary in Ocean Springs, Mississippi at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 11, 1979 with the Rev Roger Reed officiating.
