August 24, 1879 --- November 1, 1947

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at nine o'clock in Sacred Heart church for Mrs. Henry Imboden, a long time resident of Eagle Grove, who died Saturday morning at her home in Sioux City. Mrs. Imboden who was 68 at the time of her death, suffered a stroke on Thursday, from which she did not rally.

She is survived by her husband, who is ill and was unable to attend the funeral, five children; one daughter, Cecelia, four sons, James of Vermillion, South Dakota, Dave Imboden of Unionville, Mo., Don and Paul Imboden of Sioux City. Also one sister and three brothers, Mrs. Louisa Jones and Lafe Huebsch of Fort Dodge, James Huebsch, in California and Hugh Huebsch, St. Paul. All the children were present at the funeral, also Mr. and Mrs. Herman Volz and Beverly Imboden of Ellendale, N. D., and Mrs. Alfred Jones and Lafe Huebsch of Fort Dodge, with their families. Burial was in Calvary cemetery.

OBITUARY

Anna Elizabeth Huebsch was born August 24th in Boone, Iowa and was united in marriage to Henry Imboden, October, 1901. They immediately moved to the vicinity of Eagle Grove, where they have since resided, with the exception of four years spent in Sioux City, Iowa. Seven children were born to this union, two, a son and daughter, Matthew and Margaret, preceded her in death. She is now survived by her husband and one daughter, Cecilia and four sons, James, Dave, Don and Paul; also three brothers and one sister.
