December 5, 1843 ---- February 6, 1897

Harriet Ann Lamb was born Dec. 5, 1843, at Elk Grove, Ill. She was graduated from Cornell College, Iowa, and was married to Smith D. Martin, Dec. 31, 1868. She died at Belmond, Iowa, Feb. 6, 1897. She leaves one daughter, three sons, and her husband. Sister Martin was converted and united with our church very early in life. Her life has been one of consecration. She was thoroughly consecrated to her home and all its interests. She was beloved by the community for her purity and nobility of character.
