Frank Gray Buried Here Wed. March 15

Services for Frank T. Gray, 79, were held at the Kastler Funeral home Wednesday, March 15 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Roy Cox officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Gray was a long time resident of Eagle Grove having lived in the same house at 504 S. Lucas for over 54 years. Mr. Gray, a veteran of the Spanish American war, died Monday, March 13. He was born Nov. 1, 1881 in Dubuque, Iowa. In August, 1904 he was united in marriage to Lydia Stracke at Gowrie, Iowa. Five daughters survive. They are Mrs. Floyd Browning of St. Louis, Mrs. James Farley of Blairsburg, Mrs. Martin Ehersmann of Los Angeles, Mrs. Edwin Christensen of Minneapolis, and Mrs. Hilman Skiye of Webster City. Also 3 brothers, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
