Funeral Service Held for George Campbell
Kanawha - Funeral services were held at the Kanawha Methodist church Sunday for George S. Campbell, 45, who was accidentally killed by electrocution.
George S. Campbell was born in Goldfield, on Aug. 16, 1899, a son of George A. and Emma Campbell. He grew to manhood in Goldfield, where he attended the public school and was a member of the United Presbyterian church. At the age of 18 years, he moved to Luverne, later locating near Kanawha. He was united in marriage to Miss Leona M. Mozack of Britt Aug. 27, 1931. To this union were born 2 children, Joy Rae, 11, and George Arlen, 10. Surviving are his wife and 2 children; his mother, Mrs. Emma Campbell; one brother, Harry W. Campbell of Des Moines; 2 sisters, Mrs. Percy Brink of Burt, and Mrs. Alvin Engstrom of Renwick; Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Mozack of Britt, and Cyril Mozack serving in the armed forces in New Guinea.
