Ralph M. Bremer, 83, of Alamogordo, N. M., died Friday, May 29, 1987, at Casa Arena Blanca. He was born April 1, 1904 in Germany. He was a former Eagle Grove resident. At the age of 18, Bremer came to the United States through Ellis Island, N.Y. in 1922 from Germany. He lived and worked in Iowa before moving to Phoenix, Ariz. Bremer retired from the Maricopa Meatpacking Company of Phoenix as a professional meatcutter. He had been an Alamogordo resident for the past eight years moving to Alamogordo from Phoenix. He is survived by one daughter, Caroline Coker of Alamogordo; two sons, Ralph Bremer of Seattle, Wash.; Gerhard Bremer of Denver, Colo.; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Arthur Bremer of Hamburg, Germany. Memorial services were conducted Monday, June 1, 1987, at the Hamilton Chapel.
