Amos Bendickson Of Scarville Dies

Services for Amos Bendickson, 75, of Scarville will be held at 2 p. m. (Iowa time) Friday in Immanuel Lutheran Church there. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery at Vinje, Iowa. The Rev. Conrad Rolland will officiate. Mr. Bendickson was born Sept. 11, 1887, at Dows, Iowa. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin Bendickson. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church at Scarville. He died Wednesday morning after a lingering illness in Forest City Hospital. Survivors are his wife, Mabel; one daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Maurine) Green, Nampa, Idaho; four sons, Roy and Marvin, Lake Mills; Ingvold, Walters, and Arnold, Nampa; one sister, Mrs. Tillie Kincade, Niles, Mich.; four brothers, Melvin, Scarville ; George, Emmons; Theodore, Hanlontown, and Benhardt, Mason City; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Anderson - Mittelstadt Funeral Home is making arrangements.
