Death Ends Long Illness For C. Fraser

Clinton Fraser, Son Of Mrs. D. C. Fraser Of This City And A Former
Eagle Grove Business Man, Died At His Home In Grandview, Mo. About
3:30 O'clock Wednesday Morning.

Clint Would Have Celebrated His 43rd Birthday On December 16th.

He Is Survived By His Wife And Six Children. Ann, Don, Miriam, Kathy,
Mary And Caia. Also His Mother And One Brother, Dr. James Fraser Of
Des Moines.

Funeral Services Will Be In Grandview In Charge Of The Masonic Lodge.
No Details Were Available At Press Time. Clinton Was A 32nd Degree
Mason.

Mr. And Mrs. John Hansen Of This City Went To Grandview Monday To Be
With The Family When They Heard Of Clint's Serious Condition. Mrs.
Fraser Is The Hansen's Daughter.

Doctors Would Not Allow Mrs. Louise Fraser To Go To The Funeral On
Account Of Her Health.

Clinton Was For A Number Of Years Employed By His Father And Mother In
The Fraser Furniture Company Here And On The Retirement Of His Parents
He Took Over Operation Of The Store. He Sold The Store To Del Johnson
And His Associates, Mr. And Mrs. Floyd Nelson Own And Operate The
Furniture Store In That Location Now.

Early Today Of Cancer, At The Home. He Had Been Ill About Seven
Weeks. Born In Eagle Grove, Iowa. Mr. Fraser Had Lived In This Area
For Seven Years. He Was A Salesman For R.D. Mann Carpet Company. He
Was A Member Of The Kansas City Floor Covering Club. During World War
Ii He Served In The Army Air Corps. Mr. Fraser Was A Member Of The
Eagle Grove Methodist Church. He Was A Mason. He Leaves His Wife,
Mrs. Gladys E. Fraser Of The Home; Five Daughters And A Son, All Of The Home;
His Mother Mrs. Louise Fraser, Eagle Grove, And A Brother, Dr. James B. Fraser, Des Moines, Funeral Services Will Be At 1:30pm Friday At
The George Chapel, Grandview. Burial Will Be In Mount Moriah
Cemetery.
