Stella E. Boyd Nicely

January 20, 1882 ---- October 6, 1971

Mrs. Stella E. Nicely, 89, 5735 SW Auburn Rd., died early today in a Lyndon Kansas nursing home. She was born Jan. 20, 1882 in Iowa and had lived in the Topeka community the last 70 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church at Auburn. She was married to John C. Nicely in 1902 in La Junta, Colo. He died in 1941. Survivors include 2 sons, Harry B. Nicely of the home, and John B. Nicely, Albuquerque; a sister, Mrs. Addie F. Coffin, Goodland; 10 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Services will be Sat. at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
