April 1, 1940 --- October 13, 2015

Ronald W. Hart, 75, passed away October 13, 2015, in Belmond IA, following a prolonged illness. He is now enjoying a chew and a cold beer while hunting in Heaven with his dad Bill and all of his special dogs. He is preceded in death by his father William Hart, mother Frances Hart, and many close friends. He is survived by two sisters, Judy Hart and Cindy (Arne) Anderson, both of Dows IA., a loving and patient wife Rosie, four children, Pat (Linda) Hart of Edgerton WI, Michelle Iverson of Brodhead WI, Christi (Jim) Freiburger of Palmyra WI, and Sherri Hart of Fort Myers, FL., along with nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and special pets, Stormy and Jasper.

A very special thanks to friends who went above and beyond to help his family throughout his illness. A visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at Albany United Methodist Church, 500 Park St., Albany, Wis, followed by a short memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Friends of the Animals, 511 Alexander Ave Horseshoe Bend AR 72512.

Ronald W. Hart, 75, passed away October 13, 2015, in Belmond, Iowa, following a prolonged illness. He was born in Beloit WI on April 1, 1940. He raised his family in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Ron was a mechanic and owned and operated Uptown and Southtown Shell in Janesville, Wisconsin in the 60‘s and 70‘s. He was a Welder Fabricator at JATCO trucking before retiring to Albany, Wisconsin. He loved to sing at Showboat tavern with his friends Jerry and John. In 2004, he and wife Rosie moved to Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, where he made many new friends and was regularly asked to sing at Music in the Mountains theatre. Though sometimes quick tempered, his dry wit made him a friend of many. His rendition of Danny Boy was soul-stirring. He loved to hunt pheasants and is now hunting in Heaven with his dad Bill and all of his special dogs.

He is preceded in death by his father William Hart, mother Frances Hart, and many close friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015 beginning at 5:00 PM with a service following at 7:00 PM at Doty Family Funeral and Memorial Service Chapel, 903 Third Street, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas and Wednesday, November 4, 2015 beginning at 4:00 PM with a service at 6:00 PM at Albany United Methodist Church, 500 Park Street, Albany, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of the Animals. You may mail donations to Friends of the Animals c/o Doty Family Funeral 903 Third Street, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas 72512. Arrangements entrusted to Doty Family Funeral and Memorial Service of Horseshoe Bend.
